That's because the European Union is passing a new law all about privacy and data protection, and we want to make sure that the way we protect your data is in line with the new legislation. GDPR: On May 25, 2018, the European Union (EU) is instituting a new data protection law known as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The GDPR gives individuals in the EU additional control over how their data is used, including the rights to opt out, request copies of their data, and to have their data deleted.
